| heres my $0.02 iacv may be bad just from experience with mine and a buddies you should be able to adjust the idle between stall and 1000-1200 with the idle adjustment screw (at least we were able to ). second sounds like a fuel issue and the best place to start when you have a fuel issue is to check the fuel pressure then move on from there sounds to me like an electronic problem so narrow it down to just the fuel electronics (ie fuel pump, f.p.c.m, iacv, fi harness, and maf and so on). that should give you your answers if you test all those systems my bets on the iacv or f.p.c.u good luck
